This Agreement Witnessed as Under.

• 1. “The Agency agrees to provide security staff or guarding the premises belonging to the company at................
• 2. “The Agency” Shall be fully responsible for the Security Staff Payments, their emoluments & other statutory commitments as applicable to their staff.
• 3. “The Company” Shall at no time directly or indirectly employ the service of or deal with any personal employed directly or indirectly in any capacity by “The Agency” for a period of one year from the date of termination this contact. Incase of any breach, “The Company” will be responsible for instigation of “The Agency’s” Staff & loss of its Staff & business.
• 4. The rates mutually acceptable as under: Designation of Security, Staff Number of Personal & Rate for Month.
• 5. The retainer ship fees shall be enhanced by 10% every on account of the price index increase. “The Company” will make the payment before the 5th of following month by Cheque only. Interest the rate of 2% per month shall be charged in case of delay. In case “The Company” defaults in the payments by more than 15 days, “The Agency” can withdraw its security staff without notice. “The Company” shall be responsible for the breach of this contract.
• 6. The tenure of this service agreement shall initially be for a period of one year & there after shall continue till either party intends to terminate the contract by giving one months notice in advance to either party or pay off in Lieu. The contract is liable to be automatically renewed for subsequent years in case of either party not corresponding to the contrary.
• 7. “The Company” will not pay anything extra towards the security charges, except as hereby agreed, extra payment shall be made if extra staff/services are provided.

The two parties here to accept the above mentioned terms & conditions & promise to abide by the same without any coercion or under influence after fully understanding the contents here of sign.
